Evidence

Real rider examples, with the context left in.

Numbers matter, but so does the rider behind them. These are the stories, source videos, training patterns, and outcomes that show how SEMIPRO thinks about progress.

What the SEMIPRO evidence shows

SEMIPRO helps serious cyclists improve performance through structured training, clear coaching decisions and training that adapts around real life.

The examples below include race wins, event personal bests, improved power, stronger late-ride performance and successful training on limited weekly hours. Each example includes the rider context and source material where available. These are individual outcomes, not guaranteed results.

Athlete outcomes at a glance

Every athlete record in the library, with the rider context and the evidence type attached to the outcome. Where a timeframe has not been verified it is left unstated rather than estimated.

Read these as context, not guarantees.

Each page keeps the useful detail close to the story: who the rider was, what changed, where the source came from, and where a single example has limits. Some are athlete case studies. Some are methodology or coaching-background references. None are meant to pretend every rider will get the same result.

Evidence behind the SEMIPRO method

SEMIPRO uses three forms of evidence.

  1. 1Scientific research Establishes what is plausible and which training principles are supported.
  2. 2Athlete data Shows what happened within a specific real-world coaching context.
  3. 3Coaching judgement Connects the research and the athlete context to the decisions made in practice.

No single case study proves that a method will work for every cyclist. The value of this library is the repeated pattern across riders, goals and constraints.
