These terms govern your use of SEMIPRO services — including the marketing and checkout site at semiprocycling.com and the coaching platform at semipro.coach. SEMIPRO is operated by Semi-Pro Limited, registered in Hong Kong.
By using any SEMIPRO service you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them (Privacy, Refunds & cancellation, Coaching & AI disclaimer, Community guidelines).
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to website visitors, athletes, coaches, and anyone who accesses a SEMIPRO service or purchases a SEMIPRO plan.
What the service does
SEMIPRO provides cycling coaching, structured training plans, training analysis, event preparation support, and community features for cyclists. Some elements are delivered through the website (information, checkout) and some through the platform (account, training data, coach notes, community).
Coaching is also delivered across other channels chosen by your coach — TrainingPeaks, email, messaging, calls, or video — alongside SEMIPRO software.
Features change over time. Some features may be in active development.
Accounts
- Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts for misuse, non-payment, abuse of community features, or security concerns.
Acceptable use
- Do not use SEMIPRO to break the law, harass others, infringe rights, or interfere with the service.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, bypass access controls, or access another user's data without permission.
- Do not upload malicious code, misleading content, or content you do not have the right to use.
Coaching, training, and AI output
SEMIPRO offers coaching, planning tools, and analysis. The platform may generate AI-assisted observations, summaries, or planning suggestions. These outputs are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Athletes remain responsible for their own training decisions, effort, recovery, equipment choices, and medical care. Coaches remain responsible for professional judgement when using the platform with athletes. The platform supports coaching delivery; it does not define the full scope of any separate coach-athlete relationship.

Billing and paid plans
- Paid access may renew automatically until cancelled.
- Current prices, plan details, and billing cadence are presented at checkout before payment is taken.
- If you are on a recurring plan you can manage billing or cancel through your account or by contacting support.
- Access to paid features may be limited or removed after failed payment, expired plans, or cancelled subscriptions, subject to any grace period the service offers.
Unless an additional coaching agreement says otherwise, cancellation or expiry of a SEMIPRO platform subscription affects platform access and related billing, but does not by itself redefine any separate coaching arrangement delivered outside the platform. Community features
Community spaces are subject to the Community guidelines. SEMIPRO may moderate, hide, remove, or report content that breaks those rules or creates safety issues.
Intellectual property
The SEMIPRO service, branding, design, and software are owned by Semi-Pro Limited or its licensors. Users keep ownership of the content they upload, and grant SEMIPRO permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service.
Service availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features — including third-party integrations — as the product evolves.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEMIPRO services are provided on an as-is basis. Semi-Pro Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the websites or platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
Contact and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute will be heard in a court located in Hong Kong. Questions about these terms can be sent to coaching@semiprocycling.com.
