These guidelines apply to SEMIPRO community spaces — threads, comments, reactions, direct messages, and any other features that let members interact. They sit alongside the Terms and conditions.
What we want here
SEMIPRO community spaces are a serious but generous training room: useful, supportive, honest, and safe for athletes at different levels.
Expected behaviour
- Show respect and engage constructively.
- Give honest training context when you discuss training, racing, or results.
- Keep conversations focused on training, racing, recovery, learning, and helping each other.
- Honour privacy — don't reshare private communications or another member's training data without consent.
Not allowed
The following are prohibited in SEMIPRO community spaces:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, and personal attacks.
- Bullying or discrimination related to physical appearance, athletic ability, injury, age, sex, gender, race, religion, or nationality.
- Spam, scams, misleading promotions, and excessive self-promotion unrelated to the community.
- Explicit or illegal material.
- Advice that encourages dangerous physical practices, including promotion or instruction on performance-enhancing drugs or anti-doping evasion.
Moderation
SEMIPRO may review reports, conceal content, delete posts, restrict posting privileges, or revoke access where these guidelines are broken. Serious safety concerns may be addressed immediately without prior notice.
Reporting
If you see problematic content or behaviour, use built-in reporting features or contact support. Report promptly rather than engaging in contentious exchanges. You can also email coaching@semiprocycling.com. Reports are reviewed privately.
Changes
These guidelines may evolve as the community grows. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
